Introduction

Write a composition that you feel best describes you, or some aspect, or many aspects of you. If you feel there are contradictions, express them. If you like many sorts of music, try to find some way of expressing these together. Above all, try not to anticipate what you think you ought to be doing, or whether you'll get lots of marks for doing it. Just do what you want to do.

The Rules

• No more than five minutes duration.
• Any number of players.
• Provide a brief program note concerning your piece.
